She is a scholar-practitioner, ordained minister, and seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade of experience at the intersection of education, entrepreneurship, cultural strategy, and community innovation.
Dr. Smith launched her first business over ten years ago and has since built a career that bridges research, real-world experience, and spiritual grounding. She has founded ventures, taught entrepreneurship at the collegiate level, and conducted research on Black entrepreneurs across the United States.
